Donny Moskovic has spent 30 years in the real estate game, carving out a national reputation in retail, representing landlords and tenants across the country.

In 2016, he jumped into the cannabis space as an active shareholder in Valley Agriceuticals, one of the first 10 companies to land a medical license in New York. He led real estate development and operations there until the company was acquired by Cresco Labs in 2019.

Since then, Donny has been in the trenches with everyone from local entrepreneurs to major MSOs, navigating the complex cannabis landscape. Site selection, municipal approvals, operations, M&A—he’s done it all.

He’s a New York dispensary owner and has invested heavily in the space since 2019.
