Holden Farahani is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in the foodservice, franchise, and cannabis industries. In the early 1990s, he launched the first non-traditional Subway location inside Hershey Park Amusement Park, pioneering a model that expanded Subway’s presence into military bases, hospitals, airports, and other high-traffic venues worldwide. Recognized as Subway’s top developer during its rapid global growth, Holden oversaw 220 locations and co-created operational procedures, training over 10,000 franchisees to manage multi-unit operations. He also introduced partnerships, such as the Subway-Auntie Anne’s collaboration in Walmart stores, further broadening the brand’s reach.
In 2017, Holden transitioned into the cannabis industry, co-founding Summit and Sirona Cannabis to focus on wellness and recreational products. As CEO, he established a research facility for testing and developing new products. In 2020, he co-founded Camaraderie Group, where his vision of fostering collaboration and innovation drives the company’s mission to help cannabis operators grow and thrive in an evolving market.
